CHAMP (Financial Assistance) Program
The California Athletic Trainers’ Association is proud to announce the CHAMP (Colleagues Helping All Members Prevail) Program. The CHAMP program is designed to help any and all individuals who are suffering from acute financial distress that may affect their membership status.
Members in need that qualify may obtain assistance from CATA leadership in paying for NATA dues, or assist with other financial distress scenarios.

If approved CATA will facilitate payment for membership dues to NATA on your behalf
Important Timeline Information:
Open: August 1 (5 months prior to NATA Dues year)
Close: Feb 1 (of NATA Dues Year)
Requirements:
Copy of your NATA Dues Invoice emailed to: Revenuechair@ca-at.org

Final Date of Employment
Nature of reason for sudden loss of position

Date and time of event occurrence.
Description of nature of event and the damage it caused.
